Kent leads Eikon Consulting Group with a passion for making a difference in the industry, his clients, and the talent he serves. Kent's goal is to bring a new dimension to the recruiting process… Honesty, integrity and ‘doing the right thing' are the guiding principles and foundation of Eikon Consulting Group.

Having worked with many of the Fortune 100 companies in Dallas/Ft. Worth for more than a decade, Kent launched Eikon Consulting Group in 2013. Through his years in the business, Kent had amassed a network of some of the brightest IT recruiting talent in the industry. Pulling this team together gave Eikon more than a century of recruiting experience and a massive social network that follows these recruiters.

Kent began his career as a Business Development Manager for a publicly traded IT consulting firm. He quickly moved into management and had full P&L responsibility and overall branch activity to include strategy and vision as well as sales and recruiting efforts for several large companies in Dallas, TX. Having the vision to be unique in a crowded industry has helped Kent establish himself as a leader and innovator in the industry.

Kent is a native Texan and proud of it. He grew up in Dallas, TX and attended Skyline High School and UT Arlington. Kent lives in McKinney, TX with his 3 children.
